When should I contact TFEC?

Your accommodator should be contacted as soon as an escrow has been opened on the disposal or acquisition of the property.  The sooner we can start working with the title company, Realtors, and any other involved parties, the smoother the transaction will go. This is especially important when dealing with non-typical and out-of-area transactions.
